It’s the perfect sailing week for food enthusiasts and for anyone who dreams of becoming a hostess or chef on board.

You’re just as welcome to sit back, relax, and enjoy the food, the sunshine, and the company.
What You’ll Learn?
You’ll learn how to prepare and present a variety of dishes, from vegan and vegetarian meals to meat and fresh seafood, using local Mediterranean ingredients and techniques adapted to life at sea.
Such as:
- Cooking and presentation techniques for small yacht kitchens
- Wine tasting in combination with food
- Efficient organization and food storage on board
- Menu planning for guests and crew
- Preparing vegan, vegetarian, meat, and seafood dishes
- Using fresh local ingredients and regional Mediterranean flavors
You’ll cook side by side with a chef experienced in Michelin-star kitchens, learning new techniques as you sail between Croatia’s most beautiful islands.

Your home for the 4 days will be a comfortable catamaran, giving you plenty of space to cook, relax, and enjoy every meal together on the water.

Prefer more privacy? Private cabins and full-yacht bookings are available upon request.

Sleeping arrangements are organized by gender, women share cabins with women, and men with men.

If you’d prefer a private cabin or wish to book the entire yacht, please let us know when submitting your application.

Other costs:
While most essentials are included, please note the following additional costs:
• Transportation to Departure Marina
• Security Deposit – €100 per person, fully refundable if there are no damages
• Marina & Port Fees – Buoy moorings cost around €100 per night (for a baot), while marina stays are approximately €300 per night per boat
💶 These costs are shared equally among all guests on board and usually come to approximately €50–€100 per person for the entire trip.
